Traveling head die-cutting machines
In addition to the traditional hydraulic piston control device, which is suitable for higher powers, we have developed a new system that includes an electric motor directly mounted on the translating unit. This motor controls with high precision the cutting plate during the cutting stroke. This solution is available till to 30 t. of cutting power and let to obtain optimal results in these scope:
- the reduction of electrical consumption, in particular during all the moments in which the machine doesn’t cut
- the reduction of the noise
- the reduction of the maintenance costs
- the simplification of the manufacturing and the better efficiency of the tele-service.
The models delivering cutting power up to 35 tons are available in both electric and hydraulic versions. For models exceeding 35 tons, only the hydraulic version is available, equipped with an energy-saving Start & Stop device and noise-reducing hydraulic pumps. The maximum size of the cutting plate available 1200 x 1200 mm.
